I'm not shure. My function is small. A few years ago I read this stuff about fractals and information compression. Seems like it could apply here. Maybee you are right, it could be more trouble than it is worth.

You don't neccisaarly need as manny bytes as are in the information to be stored. If the information is all zero's, that can be stored very compactly.
