#128528 - IGBT Driving |
I need to control an IGBT ( ex:STGW35NB60SD - N-CHANNEL 35A - 600V - TO-247 Low Drop PowerMESH™ IGBT from ST Microelectronics) from AT89C52. (probably using ATA6821 IGBT driver IC from ATMEL).
My search here and elsewhere regarding application notes/ design notes/ precautions to be taken etc., has not yielded satisfactory results. Any pointers/links leading to useful information? I have not done any product using IGBTs so far. Thanks in advance. KG |
