You might have more luck searching for MOSFET drivers, as the gate is the same on both (capacitive load to driver).
I've had good results using Intersil's (former Elantec) drivers: EL7202, etc. The neat thing about these parts is that you can bring the ground pin below ground, and essentially swing between any two voltages within the device limits. (you'll need a level shifter if your input is TTL level.) -a |
