#129199 - BAV70 in SOT23 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Henry,
I have been using the BAV70 for such a purpose, for 12V/80 mA relays, in hundreds of curcuits, comparing both the data sheets seems to show this to be better. There are two diodes in each package, I normally parellel them when using them as kick diodes. I think they are almost equal to the the popular 1N4148 diodes, so I also use them in digital circuits. Here is a link: http://www.fairchildsemi.com/pf/BA/BAV70.html Regards, John. |
