#129979 - 8051 chip Responding to: ???'s previous message |
there is no limits in Digikey and Mouser (can be 5USD) handling
fee for small orders. You can search Arrow and Futureelectronics too. At89c55wd is disclosed 2-3 years ago, in addition You will need parllel programmer for this. Digikey has AT89S52 (8kB) on stock - can be simple reprogrammed but search this forum about troubleshooting with them. If codespace is not enough , search other seller, which has something on stock. If You have no success i can send to You some Winbond 78e516b - 44plcc case , prepared for serial loading (just to help). contact me at email:stefan63@abv.bg Its strange from USA to ask such questions. I'm living in Bulgaria and buy from Digikey and Mouser. regards an Marry Cristhmas! |
