The code I have posted in 8052 forum is 'polling' method for transmitting and receiving a character to a CODEC using I2C port.
Thus, the "I will try" definitely indicates that the presented version is not to be used. Polling IIC is stalling the processor which WILL (possibly immediately, possibly eventually) lead to disaster, as stated in many posts by many authors. You are a clear example of a person who draws conclusions without even trying to read the complete post. The reply above clearly states that this is not the case. Anyhow, it is interesting that you do not reply to my points, except those you think you can bulldoze your (wrong) opinions of through.
