Hi Chris,
I'm really shure that this fix the problem. Overwriting /RD and /WR causes always a chrash on using external RAM. I use mostly 89C51 with internal Flash, so I have overlooked this wrong usage of P3. In general P3 should only be modified, if you need it really. So also serial communication and interrupt handling can be disturbed. Peter |
