#130724 - Care to read the data sheet of P89LPC922 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
The data sheet shows the the data retention threshold to be 1.5volts. With a warm reset (not power off-on) the data ram is retained unless Vdd falls below 1.5v Please read the data sheet carefully... the Vdd operating voltage is specificed between 2.4v and 3.6v A brown out reset is a warm reset so data ram is retained unless Vdd falls below 1.5v Data sheet is here http://www.standardics.nxp.com/products/...pc9221.pdf User Manual is here http://www.standardics.nxp.com/support/d...pc9221.pdf Part of your learning curve is to read the data sheet and user manual from cover to cover.... find out the meaning specifications in the data sheet and why they might be there.
