1) if you use C you will need to modify startup.a51 (or the equivalent in your compiler) or the RAM will be erased.
2) you need to have a circuit that latches that "the power went below 1.5V" I can not even think of one that will 'remember' this if the power goes to zero. 3) why not include a $0.29 EEPROM to hold this data, your chip has both HW SPI and HW IIC. Erik |
