The Triscend E5 is capable of implementing 12 or more PWMs. The E5 has embedded programmable logic where you can create your own custom logic functions or use the drag-and-drop modules from the FastChip development system.

There is a PWM module in FastChip. However, if you have special PWM requirements, you can create your own using schematic entry (OrCAD, Innoveda) or logic synthesis (Synopsys, Synplicity).
