#131908 - Try this as already suggested CD220x
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Hi Ganeshprasanna,
As already suggested to you, why don't you try the CP220x, available from SiLabs through Hynetic, Bangalore, India. I am in Mumbai, so I do not know their contact number outside mumbai. But they have a website: http:www.hynetic.com This IC is a serial port to Ethernet Convertor. If your product has a Serial Port (RS232 or RS485), you can choose one among the CP220x Series. I think this is what you need for your project looking at your background work, and information you have given.
You just need to know about the details of IP Addresses to complete your project.
And one more thing, you need to do a lot of excercise to solder this IC. Don't forget to Get this information when you buy the IC from Hynetic. The cost is somewhere around Rs100/- to Rs200/-.

Bye,
with best regards from,
Mr. Kiran V Sutar

Sorry: I forgot how to make the link clickable.
