Ineterface on MCU was question #2.
Question #1 was on serially interfaced RAM (I assume SRAM). This question comes up from time to time quite regularly and I am afraid, the answer is "none". I have never seen any of substantial size (more than a few bytes). I've seen some datasheets from OKI but no actual devices, and even that was quite a long time ago. I doubt there are any... JW |
