#132117 - RAM? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
The Ramtrons are not exactly RAMs... Quite expensive aren't they (we use the '16). No doubt they have their place.
Those xxx-cubed modules... Not exactly an IC, is it... And not exactly tiny, nor rugged, seems like a bit of vibration could shake the soul out of that connector... And the price is, ehm... Sounds like it is easier to get a standard parallel SRAM and a few shift registers, isn't it... [added later]just noticed, OBSOLETE...[/added later] That nanoamp, looks like a new player, trying to fill in exactly this hole... I doubt I can buy them in the drugstore around the corner... Tried their web and clicking on products yields "Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)" Ehm...
