#133336 - RCA/Intersil micro can do 11V Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Are there any 8052 derivatives out there that are capable of running natively at 9 volts? (or any other uC's for that matter) At the risk of offending the users of this forum, the RCA/Intersil CDP1802A can work up to 11V and much to my surprise is still in production http://www.intersil.com/data/fn/fn1305.pdf The Intersil IM6100A (based on the PDP8) also could work at 10V, but is no longer in production as far as I can tell. http://www.pdp8.net/pdp8cgi/q...im6100.pdf -Aubrey |
