Gil, e.g. if it happens to be 13.47 cL per rev, count 13 in the main (displayed) counter and 47 in a separate counter. Subtract 100 from the fraction counter, if still positive increment the main counter, otherwise restore the fraction counter. I have used this method many times, it is a lot faster than attempting fractional math.
