It helps if you know what an Intel hex file should be:
http://www.keil.com/support/docs/1584.htm Not the best reference, but good enough. If you relocate anything by changing the addresses in the hex file, you'll need to update the checksum for each record that you've modified. I have a program that will do that for you: http://home.pacbell.net/theposts/picmicro Download the pk2 package and look for "fixchksum". |
