Yep, that was it.
Now that I really know what to look for it is not difficult anymore ;) Merging by hand, well cut and paste of all the lines except for the last one. Most likely another ugly record was in there when I tried it out. I wonder what's so hard to implement ina HEX reader that ignores lines it doesn't know? Why bug the user with such error messages? What is a standard for anyway ;) Well no need to complain, issue resolved, and everything working! Thanks to all for your valuable help :) Matthias |
