What is "mUC" ?

max speed with be 14 KBps. Thats too low for a server getting data from >1000 mUCs right? It is impossible to say whether that's right or not without further information! It would depend on how much data each "mUC" sent at a time, and how often... Zigbee is specifically designed for small data volumes - if you have large volumes, you probably need to look at something else (eg, Bluetooth, WiFi?) However, having said that, Zigbee is a mesh network - so perhaps you could just subdivide your network into smaller meshes so that the data volume on each one is acceptable? I couldn't see 14Kbps mentioned in the "Data Sheet" (English version): http://www.maxstream.net/products/...odules.pdf Which document are you looking at? |
