hello I need ISP(In circuit programming) for 80C51 microcontroller to programming it.
1) FACT no 80xx has programmable code memory
2) FACT if by 80C51 you mean 'generric' there ain't no such thing, every manufacturer is different re programming.
3) FACT you need to be specific as to which chip you are talking about (manufacturer and ALL the letters and numbers)
4) OPINION ignore all those that suggest external memory etc, it will cost you MORE than buying an ISP capable chip
