Windows 2000 does not allow programs to directly acces hardware ports,for that can make problems with multitasking. Dos software written to program via serial or parallel port will thus not work. One possible solution is to make a dual boot system, with for example windows 95 or 98 as second operating system, to use your DOS programs.
