well i did what u said....
1) i enabled sqw output.it gave me square output when power was there..but when the main power was switched off it did not gave me square wave
2) secondly on removing the battery it did not resumed from where it was switched off

i can conclude that my oscillator doesnt works when main power is switched off...but why i dont know any solution..thanks
