Hi! Yes, I know what you're talking about, buying this chip is really very difficult... But try to contact Signum (www.signum.com). About one week ago, I have bought one pcs. of this chip from its sales representative in Poland. I can ask my friend working for this firm after he return back from summer holidays. It will be in two weeks.
