I have asked my friend from Caltec about M85C154. I am sorry, but it has been sold. But you can ask Mr. Bogdan Janik from Elatec (b.janik@elatec.pl). At this moment I have paid about 100USD for 1 pcs. of this microcontroller. I know, it is cheaper than new ICE, but it is very expensive, I think. Wish you good luck, Jacek |
