#137268 - I don't think so.

May be Keil got confused between the IRC (Internal RC Osc) stability and the Internal Watchdog Osc.

I don't think so?

-30% and +20% of 400kHz has always been quoted by NXP (Philips) since they first anounced the LPC900 series.

Yes, I know - and Keil specifically acknowledge that:

The Keil documentation says,
"the watchdog oscillator's frequency is in a range between -30% and +20% of 400kHz"

OR May be Keil's definition of "stable" is differnt to yours and mine.

I don't think so.

I think it is quite common for this type of oscillator to have poor frequency accuracy but high stability.

The only question is, how did Keil know this?
Where is it documented?
Why is it not in the datasheet?
