#138488 - ICP for 908 and ICP for 936 |
I made my own ICP bridge to program P89LPC908 I use a pnp-npn at Vdd and it works ok.
Testing with no touch and backdoor on P89LPC936 I make a mistake writing the boot vector (I write it 3CH). When I try to use my bridge to restore the vector on the 936 it doesn´t work. The reset pulses are good, but the signature is always FF FF FF. I try with a fresh 938 on my bridge and doesn´t work either. The flash magic configuration is ok. Maybe the ICP is different between 908 and 936? The power consuption during ICP may vary? Roberto Muñoz |
