#13850 - LCD 44780, brightness and contrast: |
Hi all,
I have developed LCD 44780 display learning from the turorial, its nice. I want to control the contrast and brightness from the driving micro. What I think to do is 4 step voltage level control using 4094 serial to parralel converter, taking only 3 wires input from micro. At each parallel out put I can use a transistor all with common isolated output to the contrast and brightness. Right or some other option ?? Also I want to change the color of the backlight from green to blue. I want to open it up and replace green LEDs with blues ones. Is that possible ?? Simon |
