The DS1307's time and calendar registers are in packed BCD. Packed BCD passed to ByteTo2Hex outputs two decimal digits as ASCII characters. In clock.asm, ByteToBCD is just a synonym for ByteTo2Hex used for the sake of clarity, since the program deals with the RTC's BCD registers. |
