hi..
i need serial eeprom or ram in which data can be written one time on bit by bit location and latter it can not be erased ...Actully application is such that setup data can be stored & history of setup data will remain stored life time....and no one can change this.also developer should not be allow to change in history.. & when store the next data then it will store on the next location of memory.
