Dear all,
we are programming 89V51RD2FA with following method to block ISP and to disable flash read through Parallel programmer. 1) we are using Flash Magic (V3.37.172) 2) we program boot loader of RD2 through Flash Magic with P89V51RD2_V07_UPD_ISP.hex 3) Then we set ISP entry mode to "Run User Code" which disable ISP entry. 4)Then we set LOCK BIT using Parallel Programmer (Logic Power) which disable Flash Read in Parallel programmer. 5) we are not facing any problem with above procedure for Batch of IC with number 1.CP5599.00 K1G0508AC 6) Now we received new batch with number 2FA68 – 0374 -160706A0, which give us Signature read problem in Parallel programmer(Step 4). In this case Parallel programmer read signature as BF93 insted of BF91. Plz help us to solve our problem. is there is any new boot load available for new batch of IC. Regards... Yogesh |
