Signature read problem in Parallel programmer(Step 4). In this case Parallel programmer read signature as BF93 insted of BF91.
we have these problems often with various chips and the cure here is to clean the contacts in the ZIF socket. My GUESS is that the signature read is done with such low current that there is no 'dirt breakthrough' Erik |
