#141388 - driving relay |
hi all
i want to drive a 5v relay using the 8051 i am using the next circuit but different transistor (2n2222) npn but it does not work i think it is not getting its power from the power supply i think it is getting high amper through the MC because it gets HOT !!!!! can any one give me help ?? http://www.8052.com/users/enghytham/rel.gif |
