the 8051 gets hot because current is drawn from it
i tryed another transistor but it didnot work ( BC 547) with 10k ohm between the base and the 8051 pin , it doesnot triger the transistor but when i triger the transistor by butting 5V from the power supply on the base and then remove it the transistor will saty on so it is not able to turn it on for the first time but it will keep it on . any solution????? |
