#141599 - divide and use a lookup table Responding to: ???'s previous message |
hi Martin
The most simple thing is just to store the data somewhere (ram or register) and then when nescersay divide the value by 100 and than the rest by 10 and what;s left are your ones. next thing you do is 'convert' this value to the set op 1's and 0's you need to visualise a number on you 7 segment. The easiest way of converting is trough a loopup table. This way you can directly flas your 7 segment displays. Or you could use 3 74ls47 display drivers. I hope this makes sense. If not let me know and I'll try to dig up some old code. Regards Jeroen |
