#141739 - Read The Fine Manual - please Responding to: ???'s previous message |
First download the manual from the guys who made the device : http://www.analog.com/UploadedF...AD7712.pdf
Then read the pages from 20 to 26 till you are clear about what is written there. To top it, the guys at AD have given flowcharts and even code in assembly for Read and Write operations. It does not get simpler than this and your query "How to read 24bits...? is answered by the line "MOV R1,#003H" which is a counter to read three bytes. And don't confuse yourself with I2C or the regular RS232 Serial. That chip has neither of this. Raghu |
