You have one of the NEW! P89 CV 51 parts.
I haven't seen a data sheet or samples yet. Where did you get the P89CV51 from? PS My post above was for P89V51 (not P89CV51) Oh there it is - the P89CV51 data sheet http://www.standardics.nxp.com/search/~P...P89CV51RB2 Data sheet P89CV51 Page 13 of 75 shows same hardware characteristic for Internal / External memory access to P89V51 and P89C51. So I am unsure of your mem access problem. Joe |
