with the information you've given us, we can only guess at what the problem is. My guess is that there is something wrong! Sarcasm aside, post some information - the cpu,speed, connections and the code to talk to the lcd. With this information we may be able to give a more precise answer. These displays are well known for being difficult - you must understand and adhere to the specifications otherwise they will not work or work reliably. Break one rule and you'll have problems. What have you done to make sure all the specifications are met? Timing is critical. If the datasheet says wait 10mS, wait a minimum of 10mS. If the setup time is 1uS - make sure you have a setup time of 1uS. |
