Mosfet can be used, if gate-source (control) voltage goes high enough to put the stuff in on condition. Normaly, the off condition should be no problem.
But I would prefer MC14066 (quad analog/digital switch). For a 6x6=36 key matrix, nine 4066 could make it. Daniel |
