In case you are using "normal" logic levels, and it's your design so you know everything about it (e.g. inputs never driven, only one low output at a time etc.), any tristateable driver will do.
For example, one 74xx245 per column, set a fixed direction, drive inputs from the "touch" decoder, drive the enable signal from the column pin, connect the outputs to the row signals (in parallel all '245s). JW |
