There is option if RAM not available, PEROM. But speed may slower than RAM (especialy on writing the PEROM).
Try ATMEL AT24C01A if speed place not in top priority. It is an 8 DIP chip with I2C communication methode. The size is 1kbit or 128 kbytes. |
