Read carefully chapter 30 and 31 of the datasheet
http://www.st.com/stonline/.../10976.pdf to find out, what the requirements are, when powering up (and down) the micro. Or by other words, even if a certain power sequencing isn't explicitely mentioned, the absolute maximum ratings must never be violated. Kai |
