#14544 - MCS51 and IPX/SPX packet |
Hi,
I have an idea. It came from my friend who work at some internet provider. He said, "Can you build a hardware that communicate to PC via ethernet card?" A smile came into my face, cause I never thought about that. Every day I connected throught the internet(my PC linked to the other PC every day), but never thought such connecting my PC to my own creation hardware which could comunicate throught network. Actualy we could build it, like a mini printer server. His question challenge me to put his idea as my priority project now. First, I collect all information about how to send packet on network and then I need to make a program (or two probably) that can communicate each other using this packet(IPX packet). Second, I'll move at creating hardware that can communicate with my first programm. And the last, create two hardware that freely changing data out of computer control anymore. My description above more likely a proposal to every one who think the same way with me. It such a crazy idea but we know it is not impossible to do. Anyone feel challenged, or someone has done it before me? I look forward from all of you. |
