I came across 8052.com homepage of B.M.Kaushik and found an interesting "calculator" on it. It might be a valuable tool both for beginners and seasoned '51 developers; however, it has a couple of deficiencies (for example the generated code for the "time" and "squarewave" does not set tcon but sets scon which is irrelevant) and could be improved in many ways (adding a selector for particular timer and outputting "compilable" code, adding Timer2, adding basic interrupt code, adding code for the squarewave output, more detailed serial setup...).

Are others interested in such an applications, or is it just me?
