You're not new to this forum - you should know this by now!

The standard 8051 IO pins are always "Quasi-Bidirectional" - there is no way to specifically configure them as "input" or "output"

Note that some modern derivatives do provide different types of IO - but you'd have to read the specific Datasheet for details...
