I think it's probably fair to see that Keil has a larger volume of users - so, statistically at least, that should increase your chances of finding someone who can answer your question...
I do not know whether this is correct; however, I would state that Keil definitely has a larger volume of professional users and thus a professional answer is more liklely with Keil than SDCC. It is my definite impression that most professional users that mainly work in C use Keil. Thus to paraphrase Andy that should increase your chances of finding someone qualified who can answer your question anyhow, for seceral reasons (the baove being one of them) I would not even dream of using anything but Keil.
