According to my new design plans, I will require the following chips (or equivalents) in particular:

74HC573
74HC574

I already have 74HC573's, but I do not have any 74HC574's.
On Ebay, the 74HC574's cost almost $2 each, and I would like to buy them for less than $2 from a respectable/honest company using PayPal as my method of payment, since I have funds in my PayPal account.

I looked at Ebay, because they accept PayPal.
If the price is low enough, I am likely to buy at least 10 pieces.

I'm particularly asking for the HC (highspeed CMOS) variety of the chips because the rest of my chips will also be of the HC variety, and I don't want to mix varieties (especially LS).

The reason why I need a 74HC573 as well as a 74HC574 is because I am making a system (for a graphical LCD) that allows programming the EEPROM and running the code in the EEPROM without removing it.

It also allows me to minimize glue logic, since one chip stores data when the clock rises, and the other chip stores data when the clock is set to a certain level.

Another reason why I need a 74HC573 and a 74HC574 is because I am doing my whole circuit on a single-sided circuit board.

If I used a 74HC273 or a 74HC373 instead of a 74HC573, then I will have to weave my PCB traces through two pins of the IC and this may require me to use extra unnecessary jumpers. With the 74HC573, I can gain more space in-between the chip for other wires, and possibly reduce board size.

So can anyone tell me what respectable online site I can find a 74HC574 (or equivalent, provided it can be activated on a rising clock signal)?

also, that online site must accept PayPal as a method of payment.
