#146902 - Places near Hamilton Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Assuming your location of Hamilton is accurate-
Electrosonic in Toronto (http://www.e-sonic.com/acc/home.aspx)has stock of the DIP for 43c (Canadian, at the rate the US$ is dropping this may be worth more than the US$2 by next week!). I don't know how often you pass through, but they are open Saturdays as well. You could also try Active Components (a branch of Future) http://www.active-tech.ca who have a store in Mississauga which is much closer to Hamilton. Sayal Electronics (electronic surplus sellers) (http://www.sayal.com) has stores in Missaussauga and Burlington and Cambridge and have stock as well. You can also try and get samples from Electrosonic or Arrow or Future, or direct from a manufacturer like Fairchild. -Aubrey |
