Hello Jan,
At first i intended to use one uart with auto baud detection.
I have many limitations like not permit to use FPGA's beacuse of expense for developing!

So it seems I need a MCU with 2 uart,one for communicate to pc with fixed baud 9600 bps,and another uart with an adjustable baud to communicate with a device that have varied baud rates 9600 and 10400,
