#148427 - EEPROM encounters Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I am using EEPROM's in different sections of the design for temporary storage of boot back information but the limited read write cycles concerns me. For main memory - long term storage - and many read write cycles every time a event occurs a device with unlimited read write cycles is a must. Thanks for all of the valuable information everyone.
In my spare time I fix old gaming products and replacing the old EEPROM usually fixes the problem. Average age of the product is 14 years or more. |
