I guess the place to start would be in the FAQ section, which stands for Frequently-Asked Questions - it's one of the blue buttons down the left-hand side of the page.

Then there's the 'Tutorials' section - another of the blue buttons.

And, of course, there's the 'Search' facility.

As Esko Ilola says, these are all mentioned in the Forun Rules and New Member Guide - see links at the top of the forum.
