Simply wire up a MAX232 or equivalent parallel to the '51's RxD and feed all those data into PC, running some terminal capable of displaying non-ascii characters (I prefer Terminal by Bray for this job - the Bray guy is unfortunately not online anymore, but I can send you the last published version of his Terminal if you drop me an e-mail).
Just a wild guess, one character is CR (0x0D) and the other LF (0x0A)... JW |
